We are looking for full time Bosun/ Deckhand for a private motor yacht, located in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Captain & Chief Officer
- Organising deck operations, including storage, the use and maintenance of tenders, toys and equipment, deck maintenance and supplies
- Bridge watches and overseeing security
- Overseeing the passerelle, and the safety of guests as they embark and disembark
- Outstanding guest service and an eye for detail
- Cleaning, painting, varnishing, polishing and finishing
- Line handling
- Driving and supervising guests using tenders and toys
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience on superyachts
- Skilled tender driver, and water sports experience
- Able to follow and execute detailed commands
- Service oriented, well-mannered & good communication
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined
- Good spoken and written English
- Good spoken and written Chinese is a plus
- Immediate available is preferred
Required Certification:
- STCW
- ENG 1
- Hong Kong PVOL Grade 2
- RYA Certificate of Competency
